Fonts For All Users Software Version Has

My colleague with a slightly earlier Macbook and software version has the Calibri font and gets no such message.

Can anyone explain what the issue is and what to do about it (My peer group claims that the best fonts for proposals are Times or Times New Roman for body text and Calibri for headings and figures.).
